The terms on which Dynamic Solutions 3D supplies products through this website.
This website is operated by Dynamic Solutions 3D ("we", "us", "our"), a custom 3D-printing business based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at contact@dynamicsolutions3d.co.uk or +44 7565 051960.
Please confirm: registered company name, company registration number, registered address, and VAT number (if VAT registered) should be inserted here before publishing.
These terms apply to every order placed through dynamicsolutions3d.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. Please read them each time you order, as they may change. If you're buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or begin production — not when you complete checkout or receive an automated acknowledgement. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot accept the artwork supplied.
Many of our products are personalised or made to your specification. For these:
By submitting logos, designs, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you authorise us to reproduce them on your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from materials you supply. We retain ownership of any design files, CAD models, or tooling we create unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe; we don't store your card details. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order. Where applicable, VAT will be shown at the rate in force at the time of your order.
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees, and run from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full. Full details are in our Delivery & Returns policy.
Your cancellation and return rights, including the statutory exemption for personalised goods and your rights for faulty items, are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
We supply products for the purpose for which products of that kind are normally used. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we're not liable for loss of profit, business, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
